Support.com and M-Tech announce strategic alliance
Extended solution will increase ROI and end user productivity

Support.com, Inc. Support.com will integrate password management software powered by M-Tech's market leading P-Synch product into its core support infrastructure software offering.

As part of the strategic alliance Support.com and M-Tech will deliver an interface between Support.com's support infrastructure and P-Synch, M-Tech's full-featured password management solution. This will enable companies to quickly deploy an integrated solution that extends Support.com's solution to deliver self-service password management capabilities with complete enterprise wide password synchronization, and assisted reset capabilities on more than 60 mission critical platforms. By implementing the full-featured P-Synch product, organizations can reduce password-related incidents to the support center by more than 85 percent.
