Support.com To Embed P-Synch technology into RapidReset ProductCalgary, Canada

M-Tech is pleased to announce that Support.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPRT), the leading provider of support infrastructure, has released RapidReset, embedding P-Synch technology.
As part of an OEM agreement between Support.com and M-Tech, Support.com has just released RapidReset, a password reset tool powered by M-Tech's P-Synch Total Password Management. RapidReset will be bundled with the Support.com Resolution Suite, and made available to all Support.com customers immediately.
Support.com conducted extensive assessments of password management tools to find a solution that would complement its Resolution Suite.
RapidReset will enable Support.com customers to quickly and easily resolve password problems via user self-service. This ensures timely user access to crucial I.T. resources, while increasing customer, partner and employee productivity. RapidReset will significantly reduce password-related incidents reported to the IT support center.
M-Tech's CEO, Mr. Gideon Shoham, said "P-Synch was found to be the most advanced password management system with the best benefits to users. customers who use RapidReset will get expanded functionality by purchasing the full P-Synch package -- either directly from M-Tech or through Support.com."
