January 10, 2002
Training will save time and cut need for support
M-Tech Mercury Information Technology today announced the launch of a new training program designed to streamline P-Synch deployments by M-Tech customers and partners.
P101 - P-Synch Architecture, Implementation, and Administration
This training provides individuals responsible for P-Synch implementation and administration a sound technical understanding of our technology, including planning, installation, and managing enterprise-wide P-Synch deployments.
This intensive 5-day course includes lab work and lectures covering P-Synch architecture, deployment strategies and project planning, administration, problem resolution, and the future of automation in security.
The first course session will be held on March 11-15, 2002, in Canmore, a town nested in the Canadian Rockies, on the edge of Banff National Park in Alberta, Canada. The course is expected to repeat quarterly, and is also available to customer groups on-site.
Mr Gregory Szabo, the course instructor has first-hand knowledge of P-Synch, 25 years of industry experience, and six years' experience as a technical instructor.
"I'm very excited to be able to offer participants a valuable insight into P-Synch's technology," said Mr Szabo. "The course will save them a lot of time and effort and to carry out P-Synch implementation, project plan, customization, and administration smoothly. Participants will be able to resolve problems quickly on their own while minimizing external consulting fees."
M-Tech CEO, Mr Gideon Shoham, said the course strengthened P-Synch's competitive advantage in the marketplace. "By investing in first-class training, organizations will realize significant savings in implementation, administration, and ongoing support costs."
