NCR Corporation Selects M-Tech's Identity Management Solutions

P-Synch to Deliver Password Synchronization and Self-Service Reset to Over 29,000 Users

Calgary, AB - August 27, 2003 - M-Tech Information Technology, Inc., a leading provider of identity management solutions, today announced that NCR Corporation (NYSE: NCR) has selected P-Synch to streamline the password management process for over 29,000 users worldwide. With P-Synch, NCR has had a reduction in call volume to the corporate help desk, increased user productivity, enhanced corporate security and decreased overall administration and support costs.

When users perform a self-service password reset or when help desk analysts reset caller passwords, P-Synch automatically creates an appropriate Remedy ticket. Tickets reflecting successful operations are closed, and are subsequently available for reporting.
