The Adoption Maximizer Program has been created to provide organizational stakeholders with access to proven methodologies for boosting user participation and registration. The program will assist customers to:

This multi-faceted program is based on M-Tech's eight years of experience in helping enterprise clients successfully deploy IdM solutions across global organizations and heterogeneous environments.

The Hitachi ID Adoption Maximizer program begins with a discovery phase to assess customer needs and objectives. After the environment has been precisely mapped, a design phase is conducted in which the client's business processes, end-user communications and enrollment incentive programs are created. The phase draws on M-Tech's extensive library of pre-built templates and guiding tutorials for faster results. The final phase is implemented with regular user communication and measuring of adoption metrics to understand exactly how the adoption roll-out is progressing. The benefits of the Hitachi ID Adoption Maximizer program will be realized by stakeholders tasked with insuring the success of their identity management project and by end-users directly by receiving a smooth, positive enrollment experience.

"M-Tech's experience with hundreds of enterprise identity management deployments has been collected and packaged within this program," said Meir Nawy, director of professional services at M-Tech. "These are proven practices based on past knowledge that will allow organizations to reach a goal of 80% - 90% adoption in under 90 days."

"The M-Tech customer service group has been of tremendous assistance to us with our identity management rollout," commented Daniel Goodacre, Senior Systems Engineer with National Nuclear Security Administration. "The experience contained within their support group has made our deployment a very smooth and easy process."
