Hitachi ID Systems, a member of the BMC Technology Alliance Program has added their products to BMC's pricelist, making Hitachi ID's products available globally from BMC and BMC channel partners.
As a member of the BMC Technology Alliance Partner program, Hitachi ID has validated and completed many integrations of its product suite with BMC products including Remedy ARS and Service Desk Express.
This MarketZone agreement provides BMC customers with access to Hitachi ID Password Manager and Hitachi ID Login Manager for BMC's Service Desk and Identity Management suite of products which are part of BMC's Business Service Management platform.

Adding Password Manager to BMC Service Desk enables customers to lower IT related support costs by providing self-service password options that reduce and resolve most password-related problems. The integrations allow the Hitachi ID Password Manager to be specifically configured to automatically create, update and resolve password incidents.
