Hitachi ID Systems is looking for full time solution delivery professionals to assist customers with deployments and management of its software implementations in a time of high demand for our innovative identity management solutions. The ideal candidate must be competent in achieving the strategic goals of Hitachi ID Systems and have the ability to work in a team dynamic. As an entry level position within Hitachi ID Systems' Professional Services department, our company is looking for the right individual – with long term goals and the aspiration to develop into a Project Management role.

- Facilitate communication between customer, Account Manager and technical staff on a project team.
- Work with Solution Architect team and Project Management Lead to create statements of work and project plans.
- Under guidance, provide assistance to Project Management team.
- Manage various project-related artifacts (i.e. project calendar, meeting schedules, delivery of documentation).
- Ensure project team adheres to internal solution delivery methodology and follows strict change control procedures to assigned projects.
- Organize and maintain project schedule, time lines and ensure that milestones are met.
- Provide timely responses to customer requests.
- Help mitigate risk and manage customer expectations.
A successful candidate must have:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in a business or technical discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong technical skills associated with network technology and web based applications.
- A basic understanding of project management processes and terminology.
- A basic financial understanding of billing cycles, invoicing, PO.s, etc.
- High energy and the ability to work within a team.
- 1-3 years of administrative, business and/or project management experience.
