Position summary:

This exciting opportunity in our growing sales department is entry-level, with a view to progress you into an account manager role within the first 12-18 months. As part of our technology solutions sales team, you will receive ongoing mentorship and support from our experienced staff, which will ensure your success.

Responsibilities:
- Calling prospects using a customer relationship management (CRM) database
- Qualifying incoming inquiries
- Participating in presentations and demonstrations
- Answering product related questions, including documentation and pricing
- Managing product evaluations
- Assisting senior account managers throughout the sales cycle in a team driven account environment
- Maintaining a positive attitude and a strong competitive drive
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have:
- Experience in, or willingness to learn sales activities using the telephone, by e-mail and via online communication tools such as WebEx or Live Meeting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team player skills
- Post secondary degree or diploma
