Definition of Access Change Authorization Workflow
Administrative changes to the user directory may require authorization from appropriate people in the organization.
An access change authorization workflow system is used to:
- Identify the people whose authorization is required to make a change
- Ask those authorizers to approve a change request
- Accept feedback from those authorizers, and
- Either trigger an automated action or report on the results of the authorization process
