Definition of Access Change Authorization Workflow

Administrative changes to the user directory may require authorization from appropriate people in the organization.

Identify the people whose authorization is required to make a change
Ask those authorizers to approve a change request
Accept feedback from those authorizers, and
Either trigger an automated action or report on the results of the authorization process
