Languages Supported by the Hitachi ID Management Suite
The entire Hitachi ID Management Suite user interface supports internationalization.
Additional languages are easy to add. If the translation is performed by Hitachi ID Systems customer, then Hitachi ID Systems will assist at no additional charge. Alternatively, Hitachi ID Systems can arrange for translation at a one-time cost of approximately $5,000 per language per product.
Hitachi ID Group Manager includes two mechanisms for user interface language translation. The first is used for bulk editing of text to translate it into a given language. In this mechanism, English text is shown in one column and text in the desired language is edited in another column. A second user interface allows a translator to modify the language text of the UI in the context of actually using the product -- hold down the Ctrl key, click on a UI element in a live login session and modify the text in a pop-up window.
Note that technical documentation, intended primarily for the installer and administrator, is currently offered only in English -- it is about 3000 pages and is consequently not economical to localize in its entirety.
