GMTI is a division of The Gannett Co. Inc. We are a vendor of software and systems to the newspaper and publishing industry. We have several types of products. One is our Digital Collections archiving/digital asset management system. Our newest Digital Collections system is the DC3 L-System, which uses Red Hat Linux as the OS. Our goal with DC3L is to offer small and medium sized newspapers, which generally have less $$ to spend and fewer IT personnel, a top quality archiving system along the lines of our DC3 and DC4 systems (geared toward larger newspapers). We also hope to market DC3L outside the newspaper industry.
