Hitachi ID courses are designed for product administrators responsible for the implementation and administration of Hitachi ID Identity and Access Management Suite. Attendees typically have a background as system administrators, application developers, security specialists or help desk personnel. Some application owners and project managers also attend, either because they have technical skills and will contribute to system configuration and management or because they want to have a better idea of what their application administrators will be responsible for.

Attendees must register early -- registrations must be completed at least two business days prior to course commencement, so that Hitachi ID will have enough time to setup a lab environment for each student.


Course Information

Self-paced product training courses are available to Hitachi ID Systems customers and partners for a nominal fee. Course access is given for 1 month intervals with a total of 4-5 business days of participation by students needed.

Hitachi ID customers requiring specialized training can arrange for this as well. Custom-developed training classes are delivered on-demand, via WebEx or on-site. These on-demand classes are charged at the standard services engagement per-diem rate, plus travel and expenses. Please contact your Account Manager for more details.
